Who are we?
Association Capital Planning LLC has been created for the purpose of assisting Homeowner Associations and Condominium Associations with planning and managing facilities maintenance for capital maintenance and improvement which costs exceed Annual Operating Budgets. Founder Paul Stroud has over 40 years of varied business experience related to construction, engineering consulting and Facilities Management. He has assembled a team of architectural and engineering consultants, and trades professionals across all disciplines giving us the ability to access expert professionals in any discipline required. Our approach insists upon identifying the most accurate, relevant and anticipated expense details regarding every physical asset within a given facility.

Paul has had firsthand experience in applying the tools that comprise the Reserve Study. His leadership in the process has enabled what knowledgeable observers state has restored an historic and architecturally significant Condominium Complex from troubled times to a state of what the Real Estate Community have declared as "back"!
Paul's experiences with architectural millwork during collegiate years, over 35 years of building engineering, real estate and HOA management, has enabled him to have a level of discernment with physical assets that pursues highest and best outcomes through vision, efficient leverage of effort, creativity, and best outcomes to the smallest detail.
